Read MoreRealty by the Sea is a boutique realty company whose goal is to help make real estate dreams on Oahu come to true.
Erica lives in Haleiwa and retired from the Army after 23 years active duty service. She is married to Jason Lehmkuhl, a general contractor and home builder on Oahu, and they have two children. Erica’s specialties are Military and First Time home buyers. Nothing gives her more pleasure than making home ownership dreams come true for someone who never thought they could own their own home in Hawaii.
Some of her success stories include assisting a couple with locating and winning the bid on a beautiful lake side condo, in their desired building, at a great price, as well as negotiating the price on a home in Waialua from original asking price of $730,000, down to $660,000. She seeks to get her clients the best deal whether they’re buying or selling. She is also a property manager who is able to charge minimal fees due to lack of overhead costs associated with many of the larger firms. Erica treats every rental as if it were her own home.
Erica serves as secretary for the North Shore Parks Committee as well as a member of the Schofield Barracks Retiree Council. She paddles for Hale’iwa Outrigger Canoe Club, and competed in the Queen Lili’uokalani canoe race on the Big Island, as well as the State level competition on Maui. Her other hobbies include hiking, golfing, traveling, volunteering, motorcycles, and surfing.
